    Jun.17 — Japan will end a state of emergency for Tokyo, Osaka and other areas on June 20 as planned. That will be about a month before the country is due to host the Summer Olympics. Meanwhile, Hong Kong will shorten hotel quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers from most places as long as they pass an antibody test, according to people familiar with the matter.
