Police in Atlanta released footage showing police trying to arrest 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks after he failed a sobriety test. Seconds later, they were wrestling on the ground and grappling over a Taser before Brooks took the weapon and ran. One of the officers fired at Brooks killing him. The killing of Brooks, a black man, in an encounter with two white officers, rekindled fiery protests in Atlanta and prompted the police chief’s resignation.
