Mar.25 — The stimulus package working its way through Congress is “terrible” for New York state, the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in the U.S., Governor Andrew Cuomo said. Cuomo calls the $3.8 billion designated for New York State under the Senate bill a “drop in the bucket.” He spoke at a press briefing in Albany.
