Ghana Finance Minister on Eurobond Issue, Gold Mining Fund IPO

Feb.05 — Ghanaian Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta discusses the sale of the longest-dated Eurobond ever issued by a sub-Saharan African government as part of a debt issuance to raise $3 billion. He also comments on the share sale of a gold mining fund. He speaks on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
