The central bank on Wednesday raised interest rates by half a percentage point for a second straight meeting and forecast further aggressive hikes to come to tame inflation. Orr also discusses the prospects for China’s economy, Federal Reserve policy, and the implications for New Zealand. He speaks with Kathleen Hays, Haidi Stroud-Watts and Shery Ahn on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia.”
