Ford Maintains Dividend for Fourth Quarter of 2014

Ford Motor Company has announced it will match its dividend level for the fourth quarter in a row.

On October 8th, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.125 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock.

The declaration represents a 25 percent increase from the level of dividend paid in each quarter of 2013.

Fourth quarter dividends are payable on 1st December 2014 to shareholders of record on 31st October 2014.

Ford employs 186,000 people and runs 65 plants worldwide. The company owns the motoring brands Ford and Lincoln as well as offering credit for purchases through the Ford Motor Credit Company.
