Mar.31 — The virus could be approaching its peak in Europe. The World Health Organization said there are signs of some stabilization in Europe’s outbreak as hardest-hit Italy reported the smallest number of new cases in almost two weeks. A number of other European nations are moving toward tighter restrictions. Spain is announcing further curbs to public life and Austria, Greece and Cyprus followed with their own measures.
