Davos Now a Contrarian Indicator, says Summers

Summers, Former U.S. Treasury Secretary and Roger Ferguson, TIAA CEO discuss the economic outlook out of the World Economic Forum in Davos and ECB President Christine Lagarde’s second press conference as head of the central bank. They spoke with David Westin on “Bloomberg Wall Street Week.”
