Over 120 cultural events are taking place in Ukraine this week in celebration of the country’s independence. One of the highlights of the festivities is the opening of an exhibition by Ivan Marchuk entitled Nerozgadani Tayny (Unsolved Mysteries) at the Kiev History Museum.

Music, dancing, concerts and theatre productions will continue throughout the weekend in Kiev to mark 22 years since parliament declared Ukraine independent from the USSR.
