Typhoon Songda Downgraded to “Developed Low”

The Remnant Movements of Typhoon Songda

Typhoon Songda has been downgraded to a “developed low” with maximum winds of 50 knots. The storm now off the coast of Japan, known in the Philippines as “Chedeng”, had caused flooding and landslides in the Philippines before moving towards Okinawa.
