RBS 6 Nations 2010: Ireland Announce Team to Face France

Ireland have announced their team to face France in this weekend’s RBS 6 Nations encounter between the two nations at the Aviva Stadium, Dublin.

Both Ireland and France won their opening matches last week, though Ireland needed a late Ronan O’Gara drop goal to claim the points in their match against Italy in Rome.

Whoever wins at the Aviva Stadium – the first RBS 6 Nations match to be hosted at Irish Rugby’s new home – will surely take a huge step towards tournament success.

Ireland’s coach, Declan Kidney, has made just one change to the starting XV which began in Italy, in naming Jamie Heaslip at number 8.

Sean O’Brian moves to blindside flanker, while Denis Leamy will start the match as a replacement. David Wallace will play as the open-side flanker.
