Formula 1 driver Jenson Button was forced to retire from a major triathlon competition in Fuerteventura at the weekend, after a promising start against world beating elite athletes. Thousands of extra fans turned out to watch the famous face of motorsport compete in Challenge Fuerteventura, which he called “tough but spectacular”. Button was competing with the Ichiban triathlon team.
