Jeff, Who Lives at Home is the film about Jeff (Jason Segel), who lazes around at his parent’s house, living in the basement flat.
Forced to leave the house to buy to some wood glue by his frustrated mother, he meets up with his brother and proceeds to help Pat track a potentially adulterous wife while musing about the meaning of his life.
Tapping into a generation without money or prospects, Jeff, Who Lives at Home oozes ennui which is tempered by observational comedy and visual jokes. This tries to be a film about a man who has no purpose, without depressing its audience.
