Honduras: Protests and Rallies
Police have used tear gas to disperse protests and rallies in Honduras as unrest continues following the ousting of President Manuel Zelaya by a coup on June 28th 2009. The President’s wife is helping protesters in Honduras whilst the President himself is garnering support for a comeback through diplomatic channels in the USA and Brazil.
