Football: Barcelona to play Inter Milan in UEFA Champions League 2010 Semi-Final

By ; published on April 7, 2010 at 1:42 pm

The first two teams to contest the 2010 Semi Finals were decided last night as and made it through in contrasting styles.

Barcelona despite a brief worry when they went a goal behind on the night and on aggregate dispatched F.C. somewhat ruthlessly at home by four goals to one, making their aggregate scoreline 6-3. All four goals on the night were scored by world’s best player, Argentine .

’s Inter Milan, by contrast, added another 1-0 victory over to their first round home win of the same scoreline, despite dominating by more than that margin over the two legs.

The two sides will face each other on 20th April 2010 in Milan, and 28th April 2010 in Camp Nou, Barcelona, where the contrasting styles these teams play – Barcelona’s gung-ho attacking football against Inter Milan’s tight defence – will provide one of the spectacles of the season.

Barcelona are looking to lift back-to-back UEFA Champions League titles, as well as a domestic league (Spain’s La Liga) and Champions League double.

The match is not going to be an easy but many will be shocked to see that inter milan make to the finals because i have the strong feelings that they are going to beat the almiethy Bacelona with Eto scoring atleast a goal
