FIFA World Cup 2014: Portugal 23 Man Squad

Portugal have named their 23 man squad ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Coach Paulo Bento had a handful of injury worries ahead of the World Cup, not least his star man, Cristiano Ronaldo, but has named all three struggling stars, Ronaldo, Pepe and Raul Meireles. Ronaldo and Meireles were both back in training with 9 days before the opening 2014 World Cup fixture.

Portugal will be looking to equal or better their 2006 4th place which represents their best ever performance in a World Cup. In order to do so, they will first need to qualify from Group G which also contains Germany, Ghana and the USA.
