Entertainment: Remembering Gary Coleman

The above video (courtesy of YouTube) shows several clips of Gary Coleman’s most memorable role, as Arnold in Diff’rent Strokes, the US television series which ran for a huge 189 shows spanning eight years.

Coleman would go on to appear in  over twenty further TV shows, and 11 movies, but was best loved for his performances as the precocious Arnold.

Gary Coleman died yesterday, on May 28 2010, of an intracranial hemorrhage in his Utah home, among friends and family. Coleman was 42.

  1. Gary Coleman was my icon. I never thought he could be 42! Different strokes used to be shown every evening her in Uganda. His acting skills and coic actions were second to none. Infact differnt strokes was all about anold. May his soul RIP.
