“England to have won the Ashes by Sunday night” – Vaughan Predicts Swift Victory

Michael Vaughan has predicted a swift victory for England in the final Ashes match, which begins on Thursday.

Refusing to be drawn further on predictions, the former England skipper restricted himself to stating, “England to have won the Ashes by Sunday night is the only forecast I am trusting in Manchester”.

The third Test of the cricket tournament commences on Thursday 1 August. The match will be played at at Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground.

England currently lead the five-match Investec Ashes series 2-0 following a 14-run victory at Trent Bridge and a 347-run win at Lord’s.

Australia have yet to announced their team for Thursday.
