Christian Ahlmann and Taluoubet Z win the Global Champions Tour Estoril Grand Prix

The Global Champions Tour moved to Estoril in Portugal this weekend, on the brilliant grassed arena of international jumping.

Germanys Christian Ahlmann jumped three fantastic clear rounds on Taloubet Z, winning in the jump-off with a time of 45.21.  Local hope Luciana Diniz and Winningmood placed 2nd on 3 clear rounds and a jump-off time of 47.32.  Third place went to German legend Ludger Beerbaum and Chaman with a jump-off time of 48.85.

Ahlmann commented after his winning round:  “This weekend I am super happy. Taloubet showed everybody he is not just a top jumper but a really quick horse.”

The Global Champions Tour now moves to Chantilly, France on the 22nd to the 24th July.
