This recipe for Chinese Barbecue is from the team at the Ritz-Carlton, Beijing.
Main ingredients：Squid, Lamb Skewer, Suckling pork, Baby chicken, roasted duck
Minor ingredients: Salt, pepper, Cumin, Korean hot pepper, Onion (For Barbeque Sauce)
Use above minor ingredients to make a barbeque sauce, and mix this sauce with squid, lamb skewer and baby chicken. Leave to marinade for 2 hours. Barbecue until cooked through.
The suckling pork and duck need to put into oven, and then served with the barbeque sauce.
