Daniel O'Neil is the Senior Director for Caribbean Programs at the Pan American Development Foundation. A civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, Mr. O’Neal holds a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
PADF is the non-profit foundation of the Organization of American States, established in 1962 to implement development programs, strengthen civil society and to aid victims of natural disasters. In 2010, it helped more than 10 million beneficiaries in 22 countries.
